ONEIDA- Denise L. Skinner, 62, South Willow Street, passed away at home on December 2, 2019.
Born in Oneida on November 26, 1957, she was the daughter of Francis C. and Leroyce Cooley Skinner. A lifelong resident of the area, Denise was a graduate of Vernon-Verona-Sherrill Central School.
Denise was currently employed by the Turning Stone Resort and Casino as a warehouse attendant. She was a veteran of the United States Army, serving from 1977-1979, when she was honorably discharged. Denise was a member of the Oneida Seventh Day Adventist Church, where her church family was very important to her.
Surviving are: her twin sister, Diana Klein of AZ; two brothers and 1 sister-in-law, Robert and Kathy Skinner of TN and Chalton Skinner of Morrisville; one uncle, Eddie Skinner of Oriskany Falls; one aunt, Eleanor Williamson of Vernon Center;  several nieces, nephews and cousins and her cat Buckley.
Spring interment will be made in Skinner Cemetery at a date and time to be announced. In keeping with Denise’s wishes, there are no prior services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home, Inc., 260 Main Street, Oneida. Dear Diana, Chalton, Bobby & Kathy, Was shocked to see Denise had passed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all! Please let us know when her services will be in the Spring as we will attend. Many fun memories riding the bus home from school with Denise and Diane, we sure laughed a lot at stuff ! So sorry and will be praying for you all during this time of grieving. Denise was a special blessing to our church family. Her love for God shined to all around her through her willingness to serve others, her kind giving heart and caring ways. We miss her dearly. May your family feel God loving arms around you embracing you in His comfort and peace. Praise God for the hope of heaven where we will be together with Him for eternity! I worked with Denise at Flo's diner. She was a lot of fun and a fast but good waitress! Wish we'd kept in touch, had no idea she was so close still. My thoughts are with her family and friends.

Denise Skinner, She is my Favorite sister in Law Diana is her twin sister when they were in their twenties it was hard to tell them apart We missed her .
