SALLY J. BABCOCK
ROME- Sally J. Babcock, 68, formerly of Lee Street and Pratts Hollow, died Monday, June 24, 2013 at Focus Rehab and Nursing Center in Utica, where she had been a resident for the past two and one half years.
Born in Chittenango on March 14, 1945, Sally was the daughter of James and Ruth LaPlante Barton, Sr. A lifelong resident of the area, she was a graduate of Chittenango High School.
Prior to her becoming disabled in 1998, she was employed with Oneida Limited Silversmith. She was of the Catholic faith.
Surviving are; one daughter, Bobbette Linnaberry of Indianapolis, Indiana; one son and daughter-in-law, Archie and Kimberly Linnaberry of Oneida; her mother, Ruth; eight sisters, Gloria, Pasty, Lynda, Ruth, Marie, Connie, Jan and Tammy; one brother, James Jr.; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
